Lee Walsingham - Managing Consultant
Responsible for client liaison, product development, project management, quality, general human resource consultancy and recruitment &�executive search and general business consultancy.
Lee has over 30 years experience of working with organisation to provide them with solutions to improve business performance through improved team performance initially working mainly in HR & Recruitment consultancy before starting Partners in Business in 1991.
He has extensive experience of providing training, coaching & recruitment solutions that make a difference and has worked with a wide range of organization during this time in both the public & private sector.

Judi Walsingham BSc[Hons.] MCIPD
Judi is a professional trainer with over 20 years experience in management and�training across a broad range of industries including retail & leisure, finance, local government, pharmaceutical, optical, health service and research organisations and SME�s.�She has had experience in field and national sales management and before joining Partners in Business her last position was that of European Training Manager for a multi-national clinical research organisation gave her responsibility of strategically planning, setting up from scratch and running a training department with trainers operating across Europe; in this role, she was heavily involved in both design & delivery to staff throughout Europe. Judi has successfully delivered learning and development solutions to a wide variety of companies in both the private & public sector including Hilton Group, GMAC, Jardine Lloyd Thomson, Institute of Clinical Research, Immigration Advisory Service, Local Authorities and NHS Trusts.
Judi is a full member of the CIPD & is a qualified NLP practitioner.
Judi�s personal approach to training is to break down the barriers; she has the ability to empathise quickly with all levels of employees. She sets high standards of herself and always ensures the objectives are clear and measurable in whatever she sets out to do. This flexible enthusiastic approach linked with the experience she has gained enables her to ensure that training is both enjoyable and rewarding for participants. Training events are always designed to meet all types of learning styles and with a strong emphasis on delegate interaction with discussion groups, role-plays or case studies. Judi is a skilled facilitator who ensures that learning takes place in a positive environment.

Joanna MSc in Education and Training
Joanna is a Consultant in human resources and people development.
She has over 25 years experience with an extensive range of organisations, including consultancy projects, training design and delivery, and recruitment and selection. She tutors teachers and trainers in the education sector, provides employee relations advice to a variety of small organizations, and acts as an Independent Chair for selection panels.
She has worked with a range of public and private sector clients, including organisations such as the House of Commons, the National Health Service, EDF Energy, The Peace Hospice, Halifax and Royal Bank of Scotland, the Court Service, City Lit Institute, Accenture, Barclays Solutions,
Her work includes the design and delivery of workshops such as Managing Performance (particularly focusing on giving difficult feedback and using actors and forum theatre to facilitate this process). Areas of expertise include accredited management programmes (ILM, CMS and DMS); equality and diversity, recruitment and selection, employment law, appraisal, managing time and train the trainer programmes.
She is also an external examiner for Thames Valley University.
Charlotte Chartered Fellow CIPD, BA (Social Sciences & Education)
Charlotte has been a professional coach and facilitator for more than 30 years. After eleven years running the Centre for Professional Development Charlotte now specialises in the design and delivery of interactive and innovative workshops and dynamic one to one coaching sessions. Her experience ensures that her interventions are practical �hands on� and provide learning which is focused, relevant and practical as well entertaining and memorable.

Business Writing, Report Writing, Minute Writing and Presentation Skills, A Customer Service specialist Charlotte offers all aspects of communication for working with customers. As an HR professional she also offers interview skills, (recruitment, developmental,) and Performance Management Skills (Appraisal Skills Giving Feedback Disciplinary and Grievance).
Maria has over 20 years experience in the world of commerce from management to training and development with a strong background in Customer Service, field based sales and telesales. Her experience is varied and having worked in demanding industries such as pharmaceutical, optical, logistics and waste management, she understands the difficulties and pressures that people face in their working lives.
To date Maria�s corporate career has included work with multinational organisations in the UK, Europe, Canada and Qatar. With previous responsibility for large sales structures, she has the credibility required to train not only the people at the sharp end but also business strategy for senior management. Her specialised areas of work include sales, customer service and leadership.
People who work with Maria appreciate her fresh approach to the development of people as she is passionate about customer focus within business and believes strongly in long-term business relationships. Maria�s track record in helping business to succeed through people is outstanding.
Diane is an experienced, enthusiastic, committed, professional Training Consultant, who gained her qualification as a Training Deliverer whilst working for a major retailing group, as the Executive Training Manager. She has been established a free-lance training consultant for twenty years. Her areas of speciality range from delivering training on customer care; telephone techniques, inter-personal skills, assertiveness to helping individuals with self-development, presentation skills and career/outplacement counselling.
Diane is an excellent rapport builder, with all levels and ages of staff. She is extremely passionate about developing people and takes a great deal of time in listening to both company and individual needs, giving sound practical training and consultancy in order to achieve company�s and individual�s goals.
